Welcome to the Engineers for Change (Sierra Leone), publications page. EfCSL was formerly known as RoTap and you will see this name on our older papers.

All EfCSL papers are produced and peer-reviewed by EfCSL members on behalf of the board. EfCSL celebrates all papers published by its members as they support the mission statement of ‘working towards a sustainable Sierra Leone by applying our engineering and technical experience, knowledge and ideas.’
